Biography
A born and raised ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥n, Elizabeth Wasson's joint love for music and books began in her local community theater and small town public library. She received her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University in 2017, and her Master in Library and Information Science from the University of ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ in 2019.
Elizabeth's career in librarianship began as a student worker in the Leichter Listening Library, and she has since worked in digitization and digital collections at the University of ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥, and in Interlibrary Loan at the University of Chicago before returning home to be the Music and Performing Arts Librarian at ÃÛÁÄÖ±²¥ City University.
As an opera singer, Elizabeth has performed with companies across the country, including Painted Sky Opera, Sarasota Opera, and Opera Steamboat.
